Hey friends, today I’m willing to write about health & fitness for busy people. Let’s start! Now a days we people’s are very busy we couldn’t have a time to care about our health we avoid healthy foods and move on to junk foods. Mostly many of the people didn’t sleep well even I too, If we couldn’t sleep well our health & fitness will be spoiled. 8 hours sleep is good for our health if we can’t at least we need to maintain 6 hour’s sleep. Sleep is the important for our survive, coming to the next point that’s “water” yes! we all know how water is playing in everyone’s life a average men does intake 15.5 cups (3.7 litres) & women intake 11.5 cups (2.7 litres) of water / day - stats from The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. Three times food is must in a day, 2 litres water and 6 hours sleep this is the minimum requirement for all busiest persons in the earth. First we need to prepare a food chart on our daily basis. There we know, how our health stats improve day by day. Next prepare a fitness chart on a daily or weekly basis. There we know, how our fitness stats improve by days or weekly basis. 

[Reality] - I’m a busiest person, I’m a professional engineer; my office is 50 miles far away from my home I used to wake up early morning 4,O clock and left at 4.45am through my bike to the railway station and catch my train at 5,O clock; there is 1 1/2 hours travel from my hometown to the office city - I sleep while travelling in the train. After reach my destination at 6.30am then leaved the railway platform and walk 5 minutes next to the bus station and catch my bus and reach my office location at 6.50am. Then I had my breakfast at 10am and lunch at 2pm in between I had 1 litre of water and I left my office at 5.30pm based on my work upto 7.30pm usually I did. After that, 5.30am morning routine back to evening as same. Finally I reach my home at 10pm next I had a dinner at 10.30pm and sleep at 11pm. This is my daily routine of mine rest of Sunday. Basically I’m a busy person for health and fitness. I know my daily basis is very poor but my work situation is non-compromised.
